I don't believe so, but be careful with buying second hand consoles. Microsoft doesn't recommend it and the console could possibly be banned.Originally Posted by Modus

I expect he means along the lines of a Console Ban, as opposed to a Profile Ban. Would essentially make the console an expensive paper weight, it wouldn't be the first time it has happened after all. There's no rules saying you can't do that, just make sure you consider the seller to be trustworthy first before committing to a purchase.
